ShopQuotes has been a solid addition to my workflow for managing custom quote requests. The interface is clean, and it makes it easy for customers to submit detailed quote inquiries without confusion. What I appreciate most is the flexibility in building quote forms and capturing the information I need upfront, which helps streamline communication and reduce back-and-forth with customers. That said, there is still room for growth. As a custom apparel and promotional products business, having more advanced features like built-in artwork approvals, tier-based pricing automation, and better integration with pricing structures would make this an even more powerful all-in-one solution. Overall, it’s a reliable app with strong potential, especially for businesses handling custom orders at scale.
